In order to meet the needs and expectations of customers, the company Centrum Taśm i Pasów in the 2019 season introduced to its permanent offer a line of factory-profiled rubber belts in a special version under the trade name CTP RE/X PREMIUM, intended primarily for use in road and construction machines. These tapes are characterized by above-average quality of workmanship, which consists of:

high-strength cores (630 N/mm; currently available on the market, usually 400 N/mm) to prevent belt deterioration in harsh operating conditions;
cover rubber in DIN X class (25% higher abrasion resistance than standard chevron belts), which means longer life of covers and profiles on belts;
increased tear resistance of the cover rubber, which more effectively prevents the formation of cracks, punctures and tears;
the structure of the fabric on the running side prevents the belt from slipping on the drums; the highest quality of tape joining based on many years of experience, – both hot vulcanization into the circuit and the use of mechanical connections.

How much can a broken belt cost?

Downtime of a machine on a construction site due to a broken or damaged belt not only generates losses, but – even worse – it can cause delays in the execution of the contract.

The Center for Tapes and Belts meets the wishes of customers and introduces minimum stock levels. Belts with the most common dimensions (compatible with, among others, Wirtgen, CAT, Bomag, Dynapac machines) can be ready for shipment ” on the spot” even on the day of notification:

vulcanized into a closed circuit – where the construction allows
the tape to be placed in the circuit;
with one-sided Super-Screw mechanical connection (
screws) – for quick and easy self-assembly.
