Alligator RS connection

Integrated staples and the one-piece construction of the Alligator ® Ready Set™ connection make splicing fast and easy.
Features and Benefits:
  • durable and impact resistant;
  • abrasion resistant connection;
  • the front edge of the connector is beveled to allow it to smoothly cooperate with the conveyor elements;
  • assembly with a clamping device.
Execution:
  • in three different sizes;
  • made, depending on the needs, of ordinary steel, stainless steel
  • weakly magnetic.
Application:
  • in conveyors handling parcels and baggage, food and agricultural products, packaged items and parts;
  • for tapes with a thickness of 1.5 to 6.4 mm and a breaking strength of up to 400 N/mm and from min. roll diameter of 50 mm (details in the table below).
