Belle Banne Scraper Type - R

The Belle Banne type – R scraper belongs to the belt scrapers and can work on reversible conveyors, because its angle of operation is 90 °. The construction is similar to Type A, but it does not have a tube that lifts individual blades, which are instead attached to durable rubber cushions. With independent 150mm blades, the R-Type scraper effectively removes debris from damaged and troughed belts as well. This scraper offers a very good price-performance ratio. It is used when type P cannot be used due to the reversible operation of the conveyor. Belt speed: up to 4 m/s.
