Designed for wide belts with limited space for mounting the rollers (small clearance). The compact solution has all the benefits of a standard Dual Return roll, but can fit into confined spaces.

Compact mounting frame  – the maximum height has been reduced to 300 mm.

Adjustable Mounts  –  Mounting brackets are adjustable for greater flexibility when mounting to custom conveyors; on request, we are able to make handles according to your specifications.

Robust construction  – specially designed to withstand heavy duty belts reinforced with steel cords and high stresses.

Cover  – Available in 16mm natural rubber abrasion resistant cover or 12mm (blue) / 19mm (red) polyurethane cover. All types also available in a fireproof version.

Bearings  – in the standard version or in an additional option with thrust or ball thrust bearings.
