MS Connection

MS type mechanical connection for conveyor belts:

The MS mechanical connection is an optimal solution for connecting conveyor belts manufactured by MLT Minet Lacing Technology SA. Thanks to simple assembly, which does not require vulcanizing presses or specialized service teams, it has been used in many industries. The MS65 connection was certified by the Central Mining Institute . The most important advantages:

the possibility of reassembly after a short period of use;
extremely fast installation with minimal resources;
no special tools for installation (only a screwdriver);
templates and pre-drillings are unnecessary (self-tapping screws);
thanks to the screws, very good clamping of the tape between the connector plates;
high degree of tear-out strength;
50% thicker steel than comparable joints available on the market;
depending on the intended use, made of galvanized or non-magnetic stainless steel;
above-average degree of vitality.
